Elevation Jump Gym
This is a gym that is run by our very own Chris Weaver. In the gym we focus on jump training for increased vertical leap, core strength, balance, positive attitude adjustments, as well as positive peer interaction. The gym is also free of charge and all are welcome who are willing to learn and work hard. BRVC teams may also have scheduled team workouts throughout the week here.
